Life is like a cup of tea
It is to be filled to the brim & shared with friends

My Cup of Tea’s mission is to provide a unique and joy filled setting, where people can come, enjoy delicious food and excellent service while making memories with loved ones. Helping connect generations around a cup of tea!

Jenni and Dave Belisle bought the tearoom, formerly know as the Old Town Grainery Tea Room, in 2018. Once the tearoom was firmly rooted in the community, they moved to their new location in Burlington in 2021. With the help of friends and family as well as an amazing staff, My Cup of Tea has become a warm, inviting place that many come to visit.

With a variety of items on our menu, we know that you will find something you love. From freshly baked scones to delicious homemade desserts, we guarantee you will be able to satisfy your sweet tooth. Looking for something simpler? We offer lunch items that include hot soups, sandwiches and fresh salads. And if you are looking for the whole experience we have our tier options that let you try a little bit of everything. On top of all of this, we offer over 40 different loose leaf teas and pride ourself on being knowledgeable about each type.

We offer a family friendly experience and often host birthday parties, Character Teas, and other fun kid-oriented events. So whether you are looking to visit with a friend or bring the whole family, at My Cup of Tea you will find the perfect tea cup waiting for you.

We look forward to seeing you!

"I got a full afternoon tea that was gluten free and vegan! I’m shocked and extremely grateful. Everything was lovely: the tea was lovely in the cute teapots; the food was lovely; the server was lovely.

Loved it!"
